Shasta Dam

The lake is FULL!  It’s been a while! 

    Go check it out…Only a 20 min drive from Redding to view the highest overflow spillway in the world! It’s the 2nd largest dam in the United States.

   We were up for a local adventure and left from our office in Downtown Redding and rode there.🚴🏼‍♀️ It was beautiful! Right now there are waterfalls flowing everywhere.

   I remember as a teenager driving up to Shasta Dam in the evenings. We all pulled over, parked right in the middle of the Dam, and spent hours hanging with our friends. 

There is also a picnic area and many vista points along the way. ENJOY!!
