Tyler grew up in Redding and has lived here for over 40 years. Redding is an unforgettable place to his and his family. He has deep roots here, and plans on enjoying this community with his son Cade, his daughter Marie, and his bride Joelle for many years to come.
He and his family make it a habit to explore new parts of Redding and have made their way through waterfalls, coves and hidden trails. His other outdoor indulgence is paragliding. Joelle Clifford
Owner / Marketing
Tyler and Joelle have been married for over 20 years. Joelle received her CA Real Estate License and began working alongside Tyler and Christina in 2009. Beginning in 2014, she shifted her career focus from being a practicing registered nurse for 15 years to real estate.
She currently oversees all marketing for Clifford Realty and much of the administrative work in the home buying and selling process.
In her spare time you will find her with her family. They love mountain biking on all of the fantastic Shasta County trails!
Christina Wooley
Sales / Operations Manager
Redding is the place that Christina calls home. She was born and raised in Redding along with her older brother and twin sister. A little over 12 years ago, Tyler invited her to help him with the administrative side of his real estate business. Never did she realize it would lead to her getting her licenses and working full-time as a realtor for almost 12 years! She has loved every minute of her journey. She loves the rewarding feeling of being able to help a buyer find the perfect house and give them the keys at the end of the process.
When she’s not working on real estate paperwork or out showing houses, she enjoys spending time with her amazing family and friends. Family dinner nights, reading, going camping, and cheering on her favorite sports teams. Go Hornets and Sharks.
