40 Years & Going Strong

Having lived in Redding for over 40 years, I have history in this great city 
and look forward to sharing its secrets with you. 

 

First, the pomegranate.

This ancient fruit has been a symbol of abundance, prosperity, and ambition in many cultures around the globe. 

Have you heard about how Moses lead the Israelites out of the desert into the promised land? When he sent spies to scope out the new land, they brought back its fruits and the pomegranate was one of them. They were afraid of the change, but the pomegranate was a promise for a new start, and they made it. The journey to a new home and to new dreams can be overwhelming. 

It's a fruit that is tedious to peel, but its seeds yield great nutritional value, taste, and color. The same can be said for real estate. Just like purchasing or selling property may be challenging, it will yield great rewards, and we want to be a part of that!

During the inspection process of a home purchase, I have all the trades needed to provide the necessary reports and/or repairs. This will make the process a comfortable one.

Being a part of the largest real estate coaching company in the world, Buffini and Company, has allowed me to build substantial relationships with the top Realtors and brokers in the nation. This means when my clients are moving or seeking help in other areas, I have direct access to other high-quality Realtors who are ready to step in for them. I have invested a lot into these relationships because I need to make your move as comfortable as possible.

Continual Training

In order to stay at the top of this ever-changing industry, I receive ongoing and continuing education. I attend four to six regional trainings per year, participate in weekly coaching calls and attend various training camps throughout California every couple of months.

Short Sale specialist

My short sale team is very successful and I help my clients avoid foreclosure. This is a fulfilling area, where I am able to really impact individuals and the community as a whole. We have negotiated with banks dismissing millions of dollars. This significantly impacts one’s life!

Knowing how vital marketing is to the sale of your home, I have made it a priority to become a specialist in social media, viral marketing, instant text information, and use of video technology.
